Cancellation Policy

ProsperousInk.co LLC By booking an appointment with ProsperousInk.co LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your session. Deposits cover time and resources allocated to your appointment, including consultations, design prep, and admin coordination. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. 2. Booking Platform Appointments must be scheduled through Square Appointments or through the official ProsperousInk.co LLC Wix booking portal. You may apply for financing through Affirm if available and eligible; any agreements with Affirm are subject to their terms and do not impact our booking, refund, or service policies. 3. Reschedules & Cancellations Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to retain your deposit and transfer it to a new date. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late to their appointment may be considered a no-show, subject to artist discretion. 4. Legal Acknowledgment & Risk By booking, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to receive a tattoo. Tattooing carries risks including skin irritation, allergic reaction, or infection. By proceeding, you voluntarily accept all risks and release ProsperousInk.co LLC and its artists from liability, except where prohibited by law. You must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment. 5. Design & Artistic Direction All designs are customized and remain the intellectual property of ProsperousInk.co LLC until the tattoo is completed. No design previews or transfers will be provided without a secured deposit. Design adjustments can be made within reason during your session. 6. Payment Payments are accepted via Square, including cards, Apple Pay, and other approved methods. Affirm financing must be approved before your session. All sales are final. There are no refunds for services rendered, deposits, or gift cards. 7. Trademark Protection ProsperousInk.co LLC is a trademark-pending entity. The use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of our name, brand, or logo is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
